Typically, women who experience tubular breasts, which is a very narrow base and long skin envelope, undergo a circumareolar breast reduction (“reduction mammoplasty”) and lift (“mastopexy”), with the use of breast implants.

This procedure entails making incisions around the areola (nipple) and removing excess tissue.
