Dr. Minniti and his staff are the most awesome people.  I have had several surgeries with Dr. Minniti dating back over 10 years and he is the only Doctor I trust to do my procedures. Dr. Minitti has exceptional talent. He is an outstanding surgeon and a very caring person. His work is excellent! Rio, the office manager, is an absolute gem, and all of the staff are so nice. If I could give more stars I would! Dr Minniti’s office has a very welcoming atmosphere to make anyone feel comfortable about any procedure they want done. Ariana was my coordinator and she made everything super simple and easy to follow. I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Minniti about two years ago and it was the BEST decision I ever made. BELIEVE THE HYPE AROUND DR. MINNITI. He answered any and all my questions and helped to make me feel at ease since this was my first ever cosmetic procedure. His work is truly amazing, I opted for a bigger size of implants but Dr Minniti’s work is amazing people tell me that my breasts look so natural! Got my first breast augmentation with Dr.Minniti in 2018 and absolutely LOVED my results and ended up going back to him three more times for more work on myself! I also got lipo 360 with a BBL and lipo on my arms with skin tightening and could not be more happier. He is so knowledgeable and spectacular at what he does! I love how honest he is and technical. Dr. Minniti and his staff are absolutely amazing!! They helped me with all my questions throughout the entire process (before and after my procedure) and made me feel very comfortable. Exceptional Care and Expertise

Dr. Minniti performed a reconstructive surgery on my right breast in July 2024, and I cannot express enough gratitude for his skill and compassion. I had a history of breast surgeries with other plastic surgeons, some of which led to scary complications. Not only did I need my right breast repaired due to bottoming out, requiring an internal bra and capsulorrhaphy, but I also carried a lot of fear from previous, traumatizing experiences.

Dr. Minniti not only addressed my physical concerns with precision and expertise, but he also provided unparalleled compassion and understanding throughout the entire process. He truly listened to my concerns, made me feel heard, and eased my fears every step of the way.

I never thought that I would be able to do this mommy makeover! I was raised in a very conservative family and because of that I had reservations about doing this for myself. My daughter lost over 100 pounds and had a makeover done by Dr. M. Seeing her results made me confident enough to book a consultation and later surgery with him. I am a woman in my 60s whose life has changed drastically over the last few years. Some people that said that you need to lose the weight first which has always been a struggle for me. I’m sure that would’ve been best, but Dr. M never verbalized that and only encouraged me. My outcome was more than I could ever expect! If you're considering plastic surgery but nervous about finding the right surgeon, STOP! Your search ends here. Read on, I promise it's worth it!

For my entire life, I struggled with being overweight and having saggy, overly large breasts. More recently, after excessive weight loss (100+lbs), I was dealing with a large amount of loose skin all over my body (stomach, breasts, arms, back, thighs, butt – you name it). I looked like I was literally melting! I was searching for a surgeon with extensive experience in excess skin removal after weight loss specifically.

After a total of 6 consultations with different doctors in multiple locations left me feeling unsure, a friend gave me a referral for Dr. Minniti in Beverly Hills. I knew he was the one for me within 5 minutes of our first chat. He eased all of my fears about the surgeries I was exploring, educating me on the science of each procedure with great detail and ensuring I fully understood. Dr. Minniti took his time answering all of my many questions, making suggestions, and never making me feel rushed like many other doctors did. His knowledgeable, confident, yet compassionate demeanor was exactly what I needed to find in the right surgeon.

I ended up opting to have a 360 lower body lift, breast lift with augmentation, 360 lipo, fat transfer to my butt, and brachioplasty (arms) – all with Dr. Minniti. To say I have been given a whole new body is an understatement! Dr. Minniti understood my goals and the results far exceeded any of my expectations. In fact, I am seriously convinced that this man is a miracle worker, an absolute artist! Not only do I look better, but my confidence has soared. This was more than a combination of extensive surgeries; it was a completely life-changing experience.

To add icing on this Minniti cake, let's talk staff! ALL of Dr. Minniti’s staff is absolutely outstanding (and so compassionate) – from Marcella, Dr. Minniti’s AMAZING surgical assistant and right hand, to Ariana who helps schedule surgery and work on the finance side of things, to Samantha who works the front office (and there are many more amazing players on his team that I can’t say enough great things about). I get just as excited to see these ladies as I do Dr. Minniti! I couldn’t ask for a better team to have helped me transform into someone I never thought I could be.

Came to Dr. Minniti to get my ear drained after developing cauliflower ear. Doc did a fantastic job, and I was able to return to practice not long after the procedure. Dr. Minniti drained my ear with an uncommon method that worked incredibly well; it was not a simple drainage. Never in my life did I expect to look better after having kids than before, and Dr Minniti made that happen for me. I came to him with multiple surgeries I had done in years past (most with issues) and he was able to make everything look incredible. My confidence is through the roof. He did a mommy make over for me and I asked for it to be in two separate surgeries because I knew fixing all my previous lipo would be a lot on my body but he was able to achieve it. His staff is wonderful, very caring and makes you feel comfortable and heard. I jokingly call him my miracle worker because I was really blessed by his tremendous talent. Dr. Gerald Minniti was amazing. He analyzed my body and helped me choose a size that would be fitting. I’m a petite girl with a small frame and he suggested a size that fit this and the tightness of my skin and amount of muscle I have to cover the breast. He was more articulate about everything and the process of choosing but I couldn’t be happier. It’s been about seven months now and I have no discomfort. I recovered really fast. I went back to work about 3-4 days after. It felt a little challenging to drive then but I was still able to without putting anything at risk. They feel good and they look natural, they’re just what I wanted. I will say, I have began to slouch a lot more than ever before even though I didn’t go huge, but that’s just a habit I now have to break and a result from the difference in size.
